Semitech has promoted a series of new products to market
recently, including SMBJ3V3, low leakage SMBJ5.0CA,
P6KE6.8CA, SMBJ6.5CA, and low voltage power Zeners.
SMBJ3V3
is widely used in sensitive electronics protection
against votage transients induced by inductive load
switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET, signal lines of
sensor units.
The
normal current leakage of SMBJ5.0CA is 2000uA, so large
current leakage affects the
reliability of components. The max.. current leakage of
Semitech’s SMBJ5.0CA is 500uA now.
